Stuart Whitaker formed Whitaker Associates in 1991 after working for Northern Telecom, NYNEX, and Information Age Economics. Stuart has managed a variety of projects and performed a variety of analyses in telecommunications, information services, media, climate change, and health care. He has experience as an expert in regulatory and other legal proceedings, and considerable publications experience. Stuart has an MBA in finance and international business, and a BA in politics, economics, rhetoric, and law from the University of Chicago.

Smarajit Dasgupta has been a correspondent and analyst since 2005. He has a BSc in computer science from the University of Calcutta.

Alan Whitaker has provided technical and operational support since 2001. Alan has over twenty years of operational and research experience in human services. He has a BA from the University of Toronto.

Jerry Harder specializes in evaluating and exploiting the economic impacts of new and alternative transmission technologies.
